Still Waiting….

I’m still waiting to hear back about the round 1 results for the 100 Word Microfiction challenge. Round 2 is supposed to start on Friday, June 17th, and I really want to advance! Only about 25% of the contestants from the first round make it to the second round. I feel that my entry has a good chance, but the wait from late April until now has been looooooong!

According to their website, there were over 6900 writers in round 1, divided into 118 groups, with about 59 writers per group. The top 15 from each group advances.
