What’cha Watching?

So what shows are you watching/streaming and/or looking forward to the new season of? I’m waiting for “Elsbeth” to come back in October, as well as “The Rookie,” “Outlander” (in November, sigh) and of course “Survivor.”

For streaming, I’m looking forward to the next season of “Emily in Paris,” and “School Spirits.” I’m currently watching an Italian show (dubbed into English) called “The Law According to Lidia Poet” and just finished “The Cook of Castamar” and “The Empress,” all of which are on Netflix. Yes, I do like period dramas, why do you ask?

Any recommendations? We have more platforms but I mostly watch Netflix and Hulu.

I've been watching QI, a British panel quiz show. It's really funny even if I don't get some of the more specifically British references. I also just started on The Boys after finding out it was based on a comic by my favorite comic series writers. (Why did no one tell me this before?) A couple of weeks ago I finished up Star Trek Deep Space Nine and now I'm watching Voyager which is fantastic. I also restarted Mad Men now that I'm in a better headspace than I was a few years ago when I tried watching it before.

Ooh - The Boys looks interesting - I’m definitely adding it to my watch list!

Hubby and I are big Star Trek fans, I think over the years we have seen ALL the series! Thanks!

The guy who does the voice of Boimler on "Lower Decks" plays Hughie in "The Boys." Just in case you needed more incentive.
