What’cha Watching?
So what shows are you watching/streaming and/or looking forward to the new season of? I’m waiting for “Elsbeth” to come back in October, as well as “The Rookie,” “Outlander” (in November, sigh) and of course “Survivor.”
For streaming, I’m looking forward to the next season of “Emily in Paris,” and “School Spirits.” I’m currently watching an Italian show (dubbed into English) called “The Law According to Lidia Poet” and just finished “The Cook of Castamar” and “The Empress,” all of which are on Netflix. Yes, I do like period dramas, why do you ask?
Any recommendations? We have more platforms but I mostly watch Netflix and Hulu.
Also, the week 5 poll for LJ Idol is open until Monday at 9pm ET. There are many great entries to read and vote for, and I could use a little extra love - I really NEED to make it through this week, and the bottom two are headed to the Home Game, so if you haven’t yet voted, please do! Thank you! https://therealljidol.dreamwidth.org/1152560.html

Hubby and I are big Star Trek fans, I think over the years we have seen ALL the series! Thanks!

I've posted some mainly Netflix recs recently. Finished "In From The Cold," "Obliterated," and "Furies" on Netflix (all violent, but good). Just started "Wednesday," which is intriguing so far. Love the art direction!
Waiting for new seasons of "The Recruit," "The Bodyguard," and "The Night Agent," all on Netflix. All of Buffy is available on Hulu, along with all of "Futurama" (may not be your thing) and something I binged all of over the spring, which was "The Fosters" (two cream-puff lesbians saving the world one foster child at a time). The kids' bad decisions would occasionally get to me on that last show, but that is also how teenagers ARE. \o?

I haven’t watched the first three shows you listed, but The Recruit and The Night Agent were really great, definitely wanting the next season of those! The Fosters looks right up my alley, so I’ve added it to my list - I’ll have a look at your rec post and see if anything else catches my eye - thanks!!

I gave up on Outlander since I like the books SO much better.
We only have Youtube TV and Netflix so I haven't been able to watch the new Star Trek series which I know I would love . . . :(
